Positioning 3D Lidar SLAM
We have adopted a navigation method using 3D SLAM combined with local SLAM, enabling automatic learning and overwriting of environmental data to achieve more accurate self-positioning than 3D SLAM alone. The vehicle positioning accuracy is ±10 mm, eliminating the need for QR markers, magnetic tape, magnetic rods, or laser reflectors.
Adaptability Motioning
With a pallet position correction function, the system offers high adaptability and can handle pallets with misaligned positions or angles. Thanks to high positioning accuracy, sensing precision, and advanced control algorithms, it supports high-bay stacking, multi-tier arrangements, and various pallet sizes. In addition, sensing can occur during operation by leveraging second-generation servo sensing, enabling reduced cycle times.
Safety ISO3691-4 and CE
We achieve exceptionally high safety through a combination of LiDAR, ultrasonic sensors, photoelectric sensors, and bumper sensors. Some models also comply with the latest ISO 3691-4:2020 standard.Note: Along with ISO 3691-4 compliance, CE certification has been obtained for AGFs.
Efficiency Robot Control System
Our proprietary Robot Control System (RCS) manages communication and task allocation for over 150 AGFs, providing functions such as multi-vehicle scheduling, route planning, collision avoidance, task management, and data analysis. Additionally, it integrates seamlessly with systems like MES, WMS, and ERP to ensure optimized operations.
Digital Management Automation and Visualization
In addition to OKAYA Group’s extensive experience with factory logistics automation, we have the capacity to combine our WMS (Warehouse Management System) with proposed systems, enabling enhanced automation and visualization of logistics operations.
